This private residence on Lakeshore Drive is another lake-facing property with challenging unstable site conditions. BLD worked with revetment engineers and constructors to come up with solutions to stabilize the slopes and create access ramps and amenities terraces.

The design team utilized a MSE retaining wall system to secure the steep part against the stairs and integrated the grading and drainage approach with a planting scheme consisting of native and adaptive shrub species that are fit for the site conditions.
